Refund Policy

We at Bapan Mondal aim to provide high-quality digital products, courses, and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Files)
- Non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.
- If you face a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
2. Online Courses / Training Programs
- Before Course Start: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees) if requested at least 48 hours before the first live session/module release.
- After Course Start: Refund within 7 days of start if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content. A processing fee and gateway charges may apply.
- No refunds after 7 days from course start or if >20% content is consumed, whichever is earlier.
- The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .*
3. Services (Consulting, Custom Work)
- Before work begins: 100% refund minus gateway fees.
- After work begins: Pro-rata refund for unspent time/resources; completed work portions are non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Partial period refunds are generally not provided after renewal; cancel anytime to stop future billing.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at contact@bapanmondal.com with your order ID, product/service name, and reason.
- We may ask for additional details to verify and troubleshoot.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7ā10 business days (gateway/bank timelines may vary).
6. Exceptions
- Abuse, policy violations, or chargeback misuse may void eligibility.
- Promotional/discounted items may be ineligible unless stated otherwise.
