At Bapan Mondal, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for both digital and physical products.

1. Digital Products & Courses

  • All digital products (courses, eBooks, templates, plugins, memberships) are delivered electronically.
  • Access is provided instantly after successful payment, via email confirmation and/or user dashboard login.
  • If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at contact@bapanmondal.com.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • We ship to most major cities and towns in India. International shipping may be available on request.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery timelines:
    • Within India: 5–10 business days
    • International: 10–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.

3. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, customs clearance, courier partner issues, or other events beyond our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving such issues as best as possible.

4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of order.
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your physical order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
