We at Bapan Mondal aim to provide high-quality digital products, physical products, courses, and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Files)
- Non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.
- If you face a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

Online Courses / Training Programs
- Before Course Start: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees) if requested at least 48 hours before the first live session/module release.
- After Course Start: Refund within 7 days of start if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content. A processing fee and gateway charges may apply.
- No refunds after 7 days from course start or if >20% content is consumed, whichever is earlier.
- The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.*

Physical Products (Books, Printed Materials, Merchandise, etc.)
- Refunds or returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was delivered.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue so we can verify and assist.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or tampering are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as per our general refund timelines and bank/gateway policies.

Services (Consulting, Custom Work)
- Before work begins: 100% refund minus gateway fees.
- After work begins: Pro-rata refund for unspent time/resources; completed work portions are non-refundable.

Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Partial period refunds are generally not provided after renewal; cancel anytime to stop future billing.

How to Request a Refund
- Email us at contact@bapanmondal.com with your order ID, product/service name, and reason.
- We may ask for additional details to verify and troubleshoot.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (gateway/bank timelines may vary).

Exceptions
- Abuse, policy violations, or chargeback misuse may void eligibility.
- Promotional/discounted items may be ineligible unless stated otherwise.
